There is no doubt with serious shooters that the 1911 is the most proven and finest example of a combat handgun ever devised. With so many names that are synonymous with the 1911, Wilson Combat is number one on that list for proven accuracy, craftsmanship and reliability. I have been a 1911 advocate for years. However until I picked up my first Wilson Combat several years ago, I had no clue what a true custom gun was. I fell in love within seconds and have been with all Wilson products since. The adage is, you get what you pay for and I can personally attest, Wilson is worth every penny and more. All of my 1911s that are not Wilson, are fitted with at least 3 of their fine products. Im currently customizing one of my already Custom Shop 1911s. A $1,400 weapon not even broke in yet and Im already replacing parts with WILSON. This beavertail grip safety is the latest addition, along with Lo-Mount adjustable sights and Bullet Proof tactical thumb safety and slide release. Slight fitting was needed with the grip safety, but I could not be more pleased with the end results. From the grip screw all the way to the Classic Centennial, Wilson Combat products are second to none. Thanks for another great product.

I recently had a full house custom built.
